01 MANTIS SHIPBOARD EDGE COMPUTE FOR ISR DATA PROCESSING

U.S. software capability has advanced rapidly over the last decade, consistently outpacing our adversaries, and allowing us to derive disproportionate advantage.

Software requires
hardware to run.

That hardware is now the
weak link in the kill chain.

This vulnerability was exploited by Iran on 1 March 2026, when a coordinated series of Shahed strikes hit two AWS data centers in the UAE, and damaged a third in Bahrain. The IRGC explicitly stated that the targets were selected due to the military workloads being processed. Two of three availability zones went down simultaneously in the UAE region, and standard redundancy models failed with them.

MANTIS · RACK-MOUNTED COMPUTE APPLIANCE

While we have thus far succeeded in opening a decisive gap,

our digital superiority is only as defensible as the hardware on which it relies.

02 IRIS OPERATOR-HELD CCTV INFERENCE FOR BREACH OPERATIONS

When communications are disrupted, pLEO links are saturated, or an operation requires a radio-silent approach, it becomes unfeasible to rely on distant assets to reduce cognitive load and maximize a mission's ISR data value.

In these worst-case scenarios,
the mission falls on the operator,

and the equipment
they have on hand.
